1.1 All orders are subject to availability.
1.2 Please ensure that all delivery information is up to date and correct. Upon placement of order, details cannot be altered.
1.3 Once the order is placed, your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an email with order confirmation and tracking number. In the event that your item is unavailable your credit card will be refunded within 48 hours.
2.1 All prices quoted on the My Milliner website are in Australian dollars and include GST.
3.1 Payment may be made using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The total amount debited from your card will be the price of the goods at the time of order plus any applicable shipping fees.
To ensure confidentiality and security My Milliner uses an electronic payment gateway called Eway. This ensures transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the internet.
5.1 Please complete our return/exchange form if you wish to be refunded with store credit or exchange for a different colour or style. Subject to availability.
5.2 For exchange we simply refund your My Milliner account with store credit to the value of the item minus subsequent shipping fee. You may then use your store credit to order your exchange item.
5.3 A refund will not be processed if the goods do not match the return criteria as stipulated in our returns policy.
5.4 You will be responsible for all shipping/ handling fees subsequent to the original shipment.
5.5 Full priced or *sales goods (*within Australia only) may be refunded or exchanged provided the item is returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached in its original box. It must be returned along with a return/exchange form and proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
6.1 We deliver to all Australian and international addresses (excluding PO Boxes)
6.2 My Milliner offers complimentary standard shipping for all orders Australia wide, and AUD$15 standard shipping for all international orders. Complimentary shipping does not apply in case of return or exchange, whereby customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
6.3 In the event of a faulty item within Australia, the return may be labeled 'Cash on Delivery' so any additional charges are paid by My Milliner. For international faulty returns, a refund for shipping costs can only be paid out to a paypal account.
7.1 All content on www.mymilliner.com is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. No content may be used in any way without written permission by My Milliner.
7.2 Third parties are prohibited from making use of any intellectual property found on the My Milliner website.
9.1 My Milliner reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as required. When purchasing goods from our website you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase.
10.1 While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of website content, due to human error, technological variation or unforeseen variables, errors or discrepancies may arise from time to time. My Milliner accepts no responsibility for any financial loss or other resulting ramification.
10.2 In the event of an incorrectly stated price where the purchase has been processed, the customer may choose between a full refund or exchange for goods of equal or lesser value, with the difference refunded.
