Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, for this reason we gladly offer store credit for full priced items you wish to refund or exchange. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return postage for the original item as well as subsequent postage for the exchange item. We recommend insuring your return delivery so you are protected in the event of loss or damage in transit. It is also advised that return packages be sent via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address.

The item must be sent back in its original condition within 14 days after it is received. Upon receiving the returned item we will credit your My Milliner account with the full value of the item. Store credit may then be used to order a different colour or style. Please note complimentary postage does not apply in the event of exchange, for your convenience we can deduct standard or express shipping rates from your store credit to cover the subsequent shipping (as nominated by you on the refund/exchange form). Alternatively we can mark the package with 'cash on delivery' and you may pay for the postage upon receiving the item.

Returned items must be received in original condition as defined below:

  • Unworn
  • Unchanged
  • Tags still attached

Items that are not returned in their original condition will not be refunded and will instead be returned to sender, so please take care when handling.

If a return is received outside the specified 14 days, it is at our discretion as to whether it will be accepted.

All returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your item. Once processed you will receive an email notification and your My Milliner account will be credited with the total amount of the returned item. If you wish to exchange you will need to place a new order with your store credit. *Please note in the event of exchange complimentary postage does not apply, you may choose between standard or express postage payment options at your own discretion.

Return/Exchange Protocol

  1. Complete our return/exchange form (click here to download) and enclose within your return package along with a copy of your order confirmation email or printed tax invoice.
  2. Place the item back in to the box in which it was delivered, ensuring all original tags are attached and intact.
  3. Send package back via registered post to the following address:

    *Please note customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges. Cash On Delivery returns will not be accepted.

  4. Upon receiving the item My Milliner will credit your account with store credit for the full amount paid for the item. Depending on the option selected on your return/exchange form we will either deduct AUD$10 (AUD$15 for international) from your store credit for postage of the exchange, or mark the package with 'cash on delivery' so you may pay when you receive the package.

Faulty Items

Please be mindful that there may be slight differences between individual styles due to the hand-made nature of the products. If your item is deemed to be faulty a full refund to your method of payment will be made. In the event of a faulty item please notify us within 7 days and send back within 14 days of receiving. Please ensure that it is packaged exactly as received with all labels intact and attached.

Faulty Items

  1. Complete our return/exchange form (click here to download) and enclose within your return package along with a copy of your order confirmation email or printed tax invoice.
  2. Place the item back into the box in which it was delivered, ensuring all original tags are attached and intact.
  3. Send package back via registered post to the following address:

    *For faulty returns, the refund of return shipping fees can only be paid out to PayPal accounts.

  4. Upon receiving the item we will refund the full amount to your method of payment.

Return of a Sale Item

Sale items may be refunded with store credit and exchanged in the same way as full priced items. The 14 day cut off still applies. Your My Milliner account will be credited with the amount paid for the item minus any subsequent postage cost for an exchange item. Return of sale items is not available for international orders.

Exchange

Once we have received your returned package as per the returns/exchanges protocol, your My Milliner account will be credited within 5 days. You will receive store credit for the full amount, minus the subsequent postage fee for the exchange item (AUD$10 domestic AUD$15 international). You may then use store credit to order a different colour or style.

Alternatively, we can mark your exchange package with 'cash on delivery'. This option may be selected on your returns/exchange form and allows you to pay for postage upon receiving the exchange item rather than the cost being deducted from your store credit.

International Returns

Should you require an international exchange or refund, shipping charges incurred for return of the original item as well as the exchange item will be at your expense. In the event of a faulty item return, the refund on return shipping fees can only be paid in to paypal accounts. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items for international orders.

Full priced items may be refunded with store credit and exchanged, provided the original item is sent back within 14 days, in its original condition. Once processed, your My Milliner account will be credited with the amount paid for the item minus the subsequent postage cost for an exchange item.

Product Display

We have gone to every effort to ensure the featured products are as life-like as possible. However due to computer screen variation we cannot guarantee the colours will be depicted with exact accuracy.

Store Credit

This is a dollar amount that may be used towards purchases when you log in and check-out with your My Milliner account. The credit will automatically appear as a payment option when logged in and does not have an expiry period.
